If final grade is not done, posts can shift. We will tell you whether to wait a week or whether we can set the back line now and leave the sides until the builder is clear. That conversation is the Harvest-specific part of the estimate.

Harvest parcels are often deeper than Jones Valley city lots. Linear footage goes up fast. We measure the back corners ourselves instead of taking a plat number as gospel, because drainage swales eat a few feet more than people expect.
