New Market still has older homesteads along Winchester Road next to newer split lots. The job is often tearing out a leaning farm or wood line and putting up something that actually stands through the next wet season.

Replacement, not just new build

We price tear-out separately. Old woven wire and rotting posts take time, and New Market has more of that than Harvest. If you want to keep a few mature trees on the line, say so on the first visit so we can step around trunks.

Split lots

When a homestead was divided, the new survey may not match the old fence. We go by the survey you provide, not the leftover wire. That avoids putting a new privacy fence two feet onto a neighbor.
